Actually, I am the biggest loser of the month for the little competition going on at school. I weighed 201.4lbs at my first weigh-in. Each of the consecutive weeks, I have lost a little: I went down to 196.2, then 194.0, then 190.2, then 187.4 and then last Friday I weighed in at a whopping 186.2
This means that I have lost a total of 15.2 lbs (Which is approximately 7.5% of my body weight).
Last Friday I put on a pair of jeans that I never thought I would be able to wear again.
